WHAT WE DO

Professional Design & Development Services

A comprehensive on-site assessment that identifies opportunities and constraints before design begins.

Request Service

Tiny‑house development service that empowers people to create small, sustainable, comfortable homes within community‑oriented environments.

I’am not a builder: I’am the developer‑guide, the person who makes the entire journey clear, possible, and deeply human. My mission is to help people find land, understand zoning, choose the right design, navigate permitting, select ethical builders, and ultimately build a life‑centered home that supports belonging, culture, and ecological responsibility.

Our Approach

Designing communities that help people live more intentionally.

At Hawa Design & Development, we believe a good life doesn't come from having more. It comes from having what you need, being connected to nature, and feeling part of a community.

We approach every project with a focus on sustainability, thoughtful design, and long-term stewardship. Rather than working against the land, we work with it, creating places that respect natural systems and support everyday life.

Start With Nature

We believe the land should help guide the design. We pay attention to the landscape, sunlight, water, and natural features to create places that feel connected to their environment.

Design With Purpose

We focus on creating spaces that are comfortable, practical, and meaningful. Every square foot should serve a purpose and contribute to a better quality of life.

Build Community

The best communities are built around shared experiences. Gardens, gathering spaces, walking paths, and common areas create opportunities for people to connect and belong.

Think Long-Term

Our goal is to create places that are resilient, resource-conscious, and designed to support future generations.

Meet the Founder

My journey into architecture began with a fascination for how spaces shape our daily lives. Through my education and design experience, I learned that great design is about far more than buildings. It is about creating environments that support people, strengthen communities, and respect the natural world.

As I studied housing, development, and sustainability, I became increasingly interested in a simple question:

How much space do we truly need to live well?

Modern development often prioritizes excess. Larger homes, larger footprints, and greater consumption have become the norm. Yet many people still feel disconnected from nature, from their neighbors, and from the places they call home.

This realization inspired the creation of Hawa Design & Development.
